Here are the 12 foods least likely to cause an eczema flare up according to ‘The Eczema Diet’ by Karen Fischer. Most of them I definitely agree with but there are a few that, for me personally, don’t seem to work so well. I wanted to share these foods with you today because I know how desperate we all are to discover safe foods that are good for eczema. I haven’t read the whole book yet but when I do I’ll review it on the channel.
