Recommendation:
– do 20reps of each exercise
– complete 3 rounds
– I use 8lbs dumbbells, 5lbs dumbbells

One round:
1. triceps kickback, 20reps
2. reverse push ups, 20reps
3. triceps extensions, 20reps
4. side plank: hips lift up & down, 20reps
5. switch side: hips lit up & down, 20reps
6. abs: knees in & out, 20reps
7. abs: reach out & touch your foot, 20reps
8. abs, on your back: knees drop side to side, 20reps
