Recommendation:
– do 30reps of each exercise
– complete 3 rounds
– I use 5lbs dumbbells for two exercises

One round:
1. plank: alternate leg lift, 30reps
2. plank on elbows: alternate knees to the side, 30reps
3. dog, left leg: knee side, 30reps
4. dog, right leg: knee side, 30reps
5. alternate leg lift, 30reps (keep your torso lifted)
6. sitting: right knee up, 30reps
7. sitting: left knee up, 30reps
8. plank: alternate hips drop to the side, 30reps
