2. bridge: alternate hips touch down, 25reps
3. dog: right leg, knee up & down, 25reps
4. right leg: knee up & down, 25reps
5. dog: left leg, knee up & down, 25reps
6. left leg: knee up & down, 25reps
7. sitting: knee up & down, 25reps
8. sitting: knee forward & back, 25reps
9. sitting: knee up & down, 25reps
10. sitting: knee forward & back, 25reps
