So does foam rolling help with the reduction of cellulite? There have not been any extensive studies done that have shown that it does. However, there have been women who have come forward saying that it definitely improves the appearance of their cellulite. So what is cellulite? Cellulite is persistent subcutaneous fat that causes dimpling of the skin. There are no clear reasons why cellulite, but it doesn’t matter.
You can be fit. You can be not fit. Sometimes cellulite strikes anyone and everyone. It doesn’t matter the fitness level that you’re at. By foam rolling consistently, what you’re doing is you’re breaking up any kind of scar tissue, and you’re getting blood flow tot he area, which will indeed help with the reduction of cellulite. Alone, foam rolling won’t get rid of your cellulite. So it’s important to do this, foam rolling, along with other methods to help reduce the appearance of your cellulite.
