Kaleji Kadai Masala By Kalpana Talpade

Here is an amazing Patahre Prabhu dish called Kaleji Kadai Masala.

Ingredients : Liver – ½ kg.
Garlic- 8
Ginger-1 to 2 inches
Onions-3 to 4
Potatoes – 2 to 3
Lavang – 3
Dalchini -2 pcs.
Oil -4 to 5 tblsp.
Hing-½ tsp.
Turmeric-a pinch
Red Chilly powder 2 tsp.
PP Garam Masala 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
